This is a brochure project I was responsible for at Creative Clique. Bernards is a well known local estate agents that my team at Creative Clique and I have worked with a lot at. They wanted a brochure to advertise the ‘Land and New Homes’ side of their business that they were investing further into.
The brochure had to fit in with the generally more sophisticated style that the Bernards brand is known for, I also elected to use the ‘Bernards Finest’ colour palette to further elevate the up market and refined look that Bernards desired to portray. I split the clover motif from their logo into smaller pieces and incorporated it into the layout of pages to keep things more visually interesting but still connected to the Bernards brand.
