Chinneck Shaw flyers

Family owned estate agents Chinneck Shaw wanted a set of flyers to advertise their services to potential sellers. We designed them a set of three flyers targeting key areas that they operate in encouraging residents of the areas to sell with Chinneck Shaw.

Each flyer featured an image relating to the area they were targeted at to help differentiate them and relate to the reader. The reverse of the flyer focuses entirely on building trust with the audience with reassuring language, a positive review and a warm photo of the team to give everything a more personal touch.
